No clear strategy
The absence of a structured international strategy to guide expansion consistently.
International Growth & Export Strategy
We turn the export potential of Brazilian companies into real sales abroad: from diagnosis to concrete international business.
The Challenge
Many Brazilian companies have competitive products and real international potential, yet struggle to turn that opportunity into concrete results.
The absence of a structured international strategy to guide expansion consistently.
A shortage of professionals with real experience in foreign trade and high-level international negotiation.
Difficulty identifying and prioritising the markets with the best return potential for your product.
An international sales process without continuity: plenty of potential, little practical execution.

Engagement Model
Our fees follow the journey: a fixed investment while we build the strategy and the commercial structure, and a variable one when the sales happen.
Phase 01 · Structuring
A fixed monthly fee during the strategic work: diagnosis, development of the international strategy, commercial structuring and active prospecting.
Phase 02 · Results
Variable compensation: a commission on sales closed abroad. AXIA only grows when the client sells.
How the phases connect: the Phase 1 monthly fee funds building the strategy and the commercial execution; once deals start closing, Phase 2 begins: a commission on sales made abroad. AXIA grows together with the client.

Frequently Asked Questions
Yes, and it is one of the most common scenarios. The work starts with a diagnosis of export potential: products, certifications, production capacity and commercial structure. From there we define the strategy together and run the execution, from the first international contact through to closing.
It is a structured assessment of the company: portfolio, competitive differentiators, pricing, capacity, certifications and commercial maturity. The result is an honest reading of the starting point: where the real potential lies, which markets to prioritise and what needs adjusting before investing in expansion.
It depends on the sector, the target market and the buying cycle of each category. Exporting is a medium-term game: what we guarantee is consistent execution from the first month (an active prospecting pipeline, negotiations under way and transparent reporting on progress at every stage).
In two complementary phases. In Phase 1, a fixed monthly fee covers the strategic work: diagnosis, development of the international strategy, commercial structuring and prospecting. Once deals start closing, Phase 2 begins: variable compensation, with a commission on sales made abroad. The details are agreed during the diagnosis, according to each company's stage and goals.
We act as your company's outsourced Export Sales Director, with executive seniority and the hands-on work of someone who prospects and negotiates. For many companies, this is how you get a high-calibre international operation without the cost of building a department from scratch.
Under contractual confidentiality (NDA) and in line with Brazil's data protection law (LGPD, Law 13.709/2018). Commercial data, pricing and strategies are used solely within the scope of the project; the details are in our Privacy Policy.
